Mother Earth

There are many people at this time who have been given an insight into the processes which allows mankind to be sustainable, and with this comes a knowing and a deep understanding of how all of creation is connected and interwoven by many, many threads which hold all planetary life together to form one living being, Mother Earth. We all now have a responsibility to act on our thoughts and share our wisdom while listening to the voices of others who understand what’s required as they can also hear Mother Earth’s cries for help, and we must respect these voices as it is the collective effort of each and every one of us which will ultimately save the planet. Therefore we must be willing to embrace concepts which might be viewed as being far-fetched or even too removed from our own perceptions and ideas we have about protecting and saving the planet.

Mother Earth is a separate consciousness and we depend on her wellness for our survival as does everything else which exists on the planet. We are all connected to her just as everything on Earth is, be it trees, rocks, oceans or deserts. It is this connectivity which ensures the continuation of all species including humans, as each system in the natural world has to support one another to maintain a balance which will ensure the survival of all life here.
The notion that Mother Earth is a consciousness is incomprehensible in the eyes of those who refuse to believe that our planet is anything other than a vast playground with the belief that someone else will pick up the bill for the damage caused. This blinkered view is a result of the rapid development of a materialistic society where possessions are seen as the source of joy and contentedness. This temporary bout of happiness overshadows or replaces the desire to attain spiritual fulfilment and the discovery of a true self and this results in the connection to Mother Earth becoming lost and the responsibility to her being forgotten about.

The truth is we all have to give serious thought quite urgently about how as individuals we can make changes in our lifestyles to help slow down global warming and to stop climate change sufficiently enough to let the ecological systems recover, thus allowing Mother Earth to become strong enough to regain the balance needed to restore her, ensuring our survival and that of all creation.

Do not doubt the value of your contribution as one individual – by making small changes in your lifestyle you become intent on saving the planet, instead of one who is intent on destroying it.

‘If we are truly intent on saving our planet we must all come together and listen to the wisdom and ideas of others, whatever our beliefs.’
